Before founding MKC Associates, he worked as a carpenter, gaining real-world experience in home building, renovation, and structural systems. Over the years, he has personally renovated several homes, deepening his understanding of residential construction methods, historic building practices, and the common challenges homeowners face. This practical knowledge informs every inspection he performs, giving clients a richer, more comprehensive evaluation of their properties.
With 20 years of inspection experience, Morgan has personally completed thousands of inspections across Massachusetts. His leadership ensures that every MKC inspection is thorough, unbiased, and client-focused. Morgan’s strong technical background is complemented by a deep commitment to ongoing learning — both for himself and for the MKC team — to stay ahead of changes in building science, environmental health, and inspection technology.
In addition to his work with MKC, Morgan has contributed significantly to the home inspection industry. As the former Chair of Education for the New England Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), he helped shape training programs that raised professional standards across the region.
