Sam has been our NRPP-licensed Radon Field Measurement Technician since 2025. Sam completes all facets of our radon testing, ensuring all conditions are met and providing clear, documented radon reports that indicate radon levels and other considerations. In his spare time Sam is an accomplished animator.
"I was concerned about some water staining on my ceilings, and wasn't sure who to call. A realtor friend referred me to MKC Associates Home Inspection for some non-invasive testing before I started cutting holes in my ceiling. I called and they were able to come out the following day with an IR camera to map the water damage. They understood exactly what I needed and didn't try to expand the scope of work or encourage any invasive testing, which is nice since my issue wound up being not nearly as serious as I had feared.
